𝐄𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐡: Big, high body fat, often pear-shaped, with a high tendency to store body fat
.
𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐡: Muscular and well-built, with a high metabolism and responsive muscle cells
.
It’s good to know and understand your body type but remember anyone can build muscle and get leaner.
Changing food habits and little tweaks to training can make a world of difference.
The changes you make to your body won’t be seen over the course of a workout, a week, or even a month. Your physique is the culmination of thousands of reps, which makes every detail of every rep crucial.

Every next level of your life will demand a different you.
equally we can all get fat if we eat in excess without exercise.
But doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.

Some of you have noticed that my body has changed physically especially in the past year and have asked me what have I done differently. I can honestly tell you that I haven’t been dieting, I just can’t be on a rigid diet because I have low appetite control, LOL!

One of the best things I did was to get my DNA test done over a year ago to understand my body better. Since then, I’ve adapted my training and food intake based on what’s most effective for my body type. Trust me, I was equally as doubtful. I mean eat and train according to your genes? Really? It wasn’t an overnight process, but hey, I have certainly noticed the difference on my physique and I feel so much better inside too.
