The Annual Michelin Guide 2018 announcement is being held on the 30th of November this year in Macau, inside『新濠天地 City of Dreams』. The Michelin Gala Dinner ‘A Night Among the Stars’ this year will feature the Father of French Gastronomy, Chef Alain Ducasse:
