Mido Omakase made our day with its very traditional #omakase sushi course. Brimming with quality and finesse, subtle nuances of quirkiness sprinkled in, being diligently assembled by the chefs with decades of sushi making experiences. As premium as the dining experience here may sound, our time spent here was surprisingly a relaxing session, with lots of personal spaces between groups of diners and schedule is relatively loose that we can linger around however long we like. The ingredients they use, especially the otoro, are fresh and the flavors are further accentuated by the proportion of wasabi and coatings used. Strong recommend from me

วันนี้กลายเป็นวันดีๆขึ้นมา​ทันตาเห็น​ หลังจากที่ได้มาทานคอร์ส #โอมากาเสะ ญี่ปุ่นแท้ๆแบบ​ดั้งเดิมที่ #midoomakase ซูชิที่นี่คือทานแล้วรู้สึกเลยว่าใส่ใจตั้งใจทำและคุณภาพคับจอมาก ถึงจะเป็นคอร์สแบบดั้งเดิมแต่แฝงความขี้เล่นไว้นิดๆในบางคำ และปรุงโดยทีมเชฟชาวญี่ปุ่นที่​มีประสบการณ์​ในวงการซูชิมาหลายสิบปี แม้จะฟังดูพรีเมี่ยมแค่ไหน แต่เราใช้เวลาที่นี่แบบสบายๆมาก มีพื้นที่กว้างให้ลูกค้าแต่ละกลุ่มรู้สึกเป็นส่วนตัว และตัวคอร์สเองไม่ได้เข้มงวดเรื่องเวลามาก จะนั่งคุยเล่นสั่งอะไรทานเพิ่มอีกนานเท่าไหร่ก็ได้​​คุณภาพของวัตถุดิบเองก็สดฟิน ปริมาณ​ข้าว​ วาซาบิ และซอสก็จัดมาได้พอดีทุกอย่าง สำหรัยเราชอบโอโทโร่มาก ใจบางอยากจะแนะนำเป็น strong recommendation เลยจริงๆค่า

Japanese curry rice doesn't get anymore opulent with these guys from Mido Omakase. Cause besides the real 24K gold flakes (by flakes we meant sheets, real big ones), the katsu toppings are also quite exquisite and can be chosen between Pork katsu, Taraba crab croquets, or Premium omakase grade seasonal fish katsu, all of them tastes nice and the bread crumbs are crispy and light. The curry sauce tastes towards softer side and probably could use more seasoning in our opinion. Overall, a real extravagant and instagram-perfect meal!
