RESEPI KEK BATIK SIMPLE & CONFIRM MENJADI😁
Bahan
1 ketul buttercup (250mg)
1 cawan susu pekat manis (xnak manis boleh kurangkan)
1 @ 1/2 cawan air panas untuk bancuh milo
200g milo (peket paling kecil)
25g serbuk koko (botol kecil)
1 peket (300g) biskut marie(apa2 brand,sy guna munchys)
Cara-caranya
1) Cairkan butter di atas api yang sederhana. Kemudian masukkan susu pekat.Kacau
2)Bancuh sepeket milo dengan sedikit air panas,biasanya resepi milo terus masuk dalam butter jadi berketul2,so bancuh je milo dan serbuk koko dulu.
3)Masukkan bancuhan milo dengan serbuk koko dalam butter tadi,kacau sebati.Kemudian tunggu pekat sikit,boleh tutup api n masukkan biskut marie yang dah dipatah-patahkan..
4) Pastu boleh masukkan dalam loyang @ tupperware,mampatkan dan masuk dalam peti..pastu boleh potong,makan..
Siyes resepi ni sedap sebab biskut marie tu tak keras,tak lembut,sedap je makan n nak potong pun senang..😋😋

200 g milo (smallest packet)
25 g cocoa powder (small bottle)
1 packets (300 g) marie cookies (any brand, I use munchys)
The ways of the way
1) Liquid butter on a simple fire. Then put in the thick milk. Fucked up

Bahan-Bahan
300g biskut Marie
250g mentega
1/4 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan serbuk Milo
3/4 cawan susu pekat
1/4 cawan susu cair
Note: Serbuk Milo boleh juga digantikan dengan malt minuman coklat jenama lain.
Cara memasak
1. Patah-patahkan biskut Marie kepada bahagian yang lebih kecil.
2. Potong mentega kepada saiz lebih kecil dan cairkan mentega di dalam kuali.
3. Kemudian, masukkan serbuk Milo dan gaul sehingga sebati.
4. Masukkan serbuk koko dan gaul sehingga tiada ketulan.
5. Tuangkan susu pekat dan susu cair, kemudian gaul sehingga semuanya sebati.
6. Setelah itu, masukkan biskut Marie yang telah dipatah-patahkan dan gaulkan sebati.
7. Sediakan loyang bulat bersaiz 7 inci, sapukan sedikit mentega dan letakkan kertas minyak dengan kemas.
8. Tuangkan adunan kek batik ke dalam loyang yang telah disediakan tadi.
9. Sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk selama tempoh minimum 1 jam.
10. Setelah sejuk, keluarkan daripada loyang dan potong mengikut kreativiti anda. Selamat mencuba.

Eggless Batik Cake
Ingredients
300g Marie cookies
250g butter
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of Milo powder
3/4 cup of condensed milk
1/4 cup of evaporated milk
Note: Milo powder can also be replaced with other brand chocolate malt.
Cooking methods
1. Crush the cookies into smaller pieces.
2. Cut the butter into small pieces and melt the butter in pan.
3. Next, add Milo powder and mix thoroughly.
4. Add in cocoa powder and mix well until there is no lumps.
5. Pour in condensed milk and evaporated milk and mix thoroughly.
