現在育嬰留停整天在家只有唯一小小願望
看到天氣好有出太陽就想出去散散步
哪怕是路邊人行道走走也覺得心滿意足
原本吵著要出門去新竹人集散地巨城
但一踏出家門感受到空氣跟太陽之後就捨不得回到室內了
以前覺得好近不想去的南寮
現在去吹風看夕陽覺得好幸福

我想最近心情比較低落大概是因為前陣子在嘗試讓米粒自己白天小睡
結果試了兩天媽媽自己好憂鬱
看她一直哭著沒辦法自己睡著
我自己也連帶覺得胸口悶悶的
晚上原本可以好好入睡的米粒突然很沒有安全感好像很怕我會走掉
安撫睡著之後我自己看著她累壞的小臉覺得對不起她自己也哭起來

之後就決定還是放手漸進式的陪她練習
我想這樣最好
在過程中我們一起慢慢地學習成長
媽媽會找到最適合孩子成長的方式

I had been struggling to find the perfect photo and the right words to celebrate international women's day. Then I came accross these ones taken last year which were never posted as back then I was ashamed of my protruding tummy after the 4th pregnancy. Meanwhile last week I had a sacrum fracture slipping down some stairs and since then I could not bend forward and backward, pick up something on the floor, drive, carry my Lola😭. With the ongoing pain my tempo has dramatically slowed down AND miraculously my view is shifted along with this accident: MY BODY IS A MEANS TO ENJOY ALL THE WONDERS IN LIFE AND NOT A MEASURMENT OF MY HAPPINESS IN ITSELF. I don't mind to show my not-so-perfect body or face anymore I just can't wait for my fracture to heal and return to a more active lifestyle! I am imperfect but I am happy to be a woman! Happy Belated Woman's Day. Be a firm woman but don't be too harsh on yourself 💛💛
