- I usually wake up some time between 7-8 am: Tôi thường thức dậy vào khoảng 7-8 giờ sáng
- I wake up around 7.30 am before the alarm goes off: Tôi thức dậy vào khoảng 7h30 sáng trước khi chuông báo thức reo
- I set an alarm for 7.00 but I normally wake up before that: Tôi đặt báo thức lúc 7 giờ nhưng tôi thường thức dậy trước đó
- I start my day by getting up around 6.30 am: Tôi bắt đầu ngày mới lúc 6.30
- I have a long history of sleeping in: tôi có thói quen ngủ nướng

- to scroll through social media: check mạng xã hội
- to make my bed: gấp chăn mền/dọn giường cho ngăn nắp
- to head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do my morning skincare routine: đi vào phòng tắm để đánh răng và thực hiện quy trình chăm sóc da buổi sáng
- to get changed into my yoga clothes: thay đồ tập yoga
- to do some stretches: tập 1 số động tác giúp giãn cơ
- to do some yoga/meditation: tập yoga / thiền
- to head downstairs to work out: đi xuống lầu để tập thể dục
- to do some simple physical exercises: tập vài bài tập đơn giản
- to make and eat breakfast: chuẩn bị & ăn sáng
- to drink a glass of lukewarm water: uống 1 ly nước ấm
- to have something warm to drink on an empty stomach: uống thứ gì đó ấm khi bụng đói/chưa ăn gì
- to read a self-help book to keep me motivated: đọc một cuốn sách về self-help để giúp tôi có động lực
- to take my dogs out for a walk: dắt chó đi dạo
- to make my favourite morning coffee: pha món cà phê yêu thích

How many times do we shower the babies ?
Twice a day . Early morning at 8 am and evening by 6 pm .
It doesn’t matter if you shower the babies much earlier or much later .
What’s important is to bathe them at the right temperature - slightly warm not too cold and not too hot .
But do try to bathe them at the same time throughout and stick to the routine .
Babies love routine ...
They like to follow the same schedule again and again .
Any changes will cause babies stress & overstimulated - that’s when they don’t sleep at night ...
And do start your Routine on them from birth itself - it will make life easier for Everyone .
A calm baby is important for their well being
and growth .

【朝苦手だった私が人生変わったヘルシー朝習慣 10 healthy morning routine in tokyo 】
今回は、初の東京編 モーニングルーティンを撮りました。
ついでに、オススメのヘルシー朝習慣を10個載せています。良かったら参考にしてみてね!
ちなみに、私は元から朝型だったのではなく、夜型・低血圧・朝苦手人間でした。(本当はずっと寝ていたいタイプ…)
でも朝のリズムにシフトして習慣化してから、心と身体もすごく変われて、ポジティブ&アクティブになれました。
今朝時間が取れていない人も、出来るところから、少しずつチャレンジしてみて欲しいです!
1. wake up 6 am : 6時〜6時半に起きる
2. get some fresh air & sun lights : 新鮮な空気と太陽の光を浴びる
3. drink water : 水を飲む
4. brush teeth & wash face : 歯磨き・水洗顔
5. Meditate. /瞑想する
6. practice yoga / exercise / foam roller : ヨガ・ワークアウト・筋膜リリース
7. morning journaling : ジャーナリングをする
8. eat healthy breakfast : ヘルシーな朝食
9. complete a 5 min task : 短い時間で終わるタスクや仕事タイム
10. 20-30min walk : 外へ散歩20-30分間
