Sometimes, when life gets tough, I find that it’s good practice to ask myself: if kid-Lesley knew what I was doing today, who I became... would she be happy? Would she be proud? The answer always comes out as “yes”—I’m doing what I’ve always dreamed of (singing and acting), all my loved ones are healthy, and I’m pretty sure I’m nice chick lol
So I always find that question calming and healing.
It’s easy to get caught up in stresses and worries, but at the end of the day, we’re all just surviving and trying our best! ✨ Enjoy life as it comes~ practice staying present and celebrate life’s little joys when ya can! Be kind to yourself! 😘
