前幾個月，
職場上遇到了很大的瓶頸，
身體也在那幾個月通通搞壞了，
嘔吐、腹瀉、暴食、厭食，
不停的重複和循環毫無止盡。
一直以來自己都是不善交際的人，
不太懂得如何與同事相處，
並且也遇到了比較可怕的同事。
後來學習自己改變心態，
調整自己的作息與飲食配合運動，
才克服了生理與心理的障礙。
no pain no gain原本的意思是
沒有付出就沒有收穫，
然而在我這裡，
我把這句話視為
如果沒有這些苦痛，
相對的我就無法成長與茁壯。
也因為經歷這些痛苦，
我才學習到更多也收穫更多。
