我敬佩的和平倡議者甘地在 1931 年的倫敦演講對蒙特梭利醫生說，世界上有許多孩子需要蒙特梭利教育，在結尾他提到：如果我們要為了和平而努力，必須從幫助孩子長大成自己原本就天真無邪的樣貌做起。
小時候看世界小姐選美的笑點就是聽到參加者說她的願望是世界和平，但現在每每出現戰爭、暴力、自相殘殺的新聞，腦中總會唱起 John Lennon 的 Imagine….

我在想像，如果世界上沒有天堂會怎樣？

如果你試著想像，其實並不難

沒有天堂，也沒有地獄

頭頂上只有一片藍天
