De Antique Cafe 老巷子 has quickly taken social media by storm shortly after its opening... mainly due to its rustic charm. The place is a little tricky to locate... it is tucked in an old, iron sheet house in the heart of Bukit Mertajam (a small, narrow alley right next to the PBA building at Bukit Mertajam). The cafe occupies a huge corner lot at the end of the alley and the interior maintains the quaint, vintage decorations... making every corner a picturesque space. The food offering on the other hand, is a little weak. It does not offer any main and the savory options are weak but if you are up for some cakes, there are a few decent options out there. Not exactly the place for a comfortable afternoon tea (considering the old-school chair and restricted space) but definitely an interesting place to visit if you would like to take some hipster shots around/ in the premise.

Just tried Beam Space @BeamSpacecom and loving the convenience it brings!!! If you stay in new HDB / Condo or if you stay in a room with your parents and always have the trouble of having too much clutter and being nagged at for hoarding too much stuff in your house, maybe it's time to store them away - and have them brought back right to your doorstep only when you need them 😉 I squeezed so many things in ONE luggage! And usually the things that's most zhor deng are the things we only need to use once in a blue moon. Like winter clothes, Christmas or CNY decorations etc.

I always believe in decluttering and putting away things you don't need, especially at common area like living room, kitchen and space where you spend most time in, like your work space and bedroom, becox Fengshui 😳 Clutters means 乱 and 杂. Messy and untidy. How you live is how your life gonna be haha, right? PLUS, clear and clean place = easy to take OOTD anywhere in the house 😅

I put away our winter clothes, and a whole lot of hand-me-down clothes for baby 2 cox a lot of them are too big for newborn i'd probably only need to have them sent back by Beam Space 6 months later 😂 If not i keep in the drawers i think the drawers wil explode.

Also wrapped and put away the vase for CNY to use next year haha, and some dessert table cake stands for our next celebration in a few months time maybe!

Making space for baby number 2 and all her kachang so i'd probably declutter more!

白色糖霜：
250 g 軟奶油 
150 g 糖粉
100 g 奶油乳酪
將軟奶油打成泡沫，加入糖粉和奶油乳酪。
小提醒： 其中一些創意裝飾需要不同的彩色糖霜。只需在白色糖霜上加幾滴食用色素即可。 

巧克力糖雙食譜部分：
500 g 熱鮮奶油
600 g 黑巧克力
將巧克力融化在熱鮮奶油裡，攪拌直到巧克力完全融化。它應該具有乳脂狀的稠度。將巧克力糖霜放在室溫下過夜。記住：不要冷藏，否則巧克力糖霜會太結實且不易鋪展。

1. 莓果蛋糕
所需食材:
白色糖霜
覆盆莓
藍莓
黑莓
杏仁片
新鮮的薄荷葉

作法：
用莓果、杏仁片和薄荷葉在蛋糕上排出花朵狀。建議可以將剩餘的杏仁片沿著蛋糕邊緣放，這在視覺上會更加強調花卉的裝飾。

2. 羊咩咩蛋糕
所需材料
白色糖霜
棉花糖
彩色糖粉
紅色糖果
巧克力糖霜

作法：
2.1 將一顆棉花糖切成兩半，然後將彩色糖粉鋪滿其的側邊，接著將其放在蛋糕的兩側。
2.2 現在，如影片所示，在蛋糕上放更多的棉花糖。
2.3 在蛋糕上，用巧克力糖霜畫出綿羊的眼睛和嘴巴。然後用紅色糖果當鼻子，可愛的羊咩咩蛋糕已準備好了。

3. 巧克力棒蛋糕
所需食材
巧克力糖雙 
牛奶巧克力棒
白巧克力棒
草莓

作法：
在蛋糕上塗上巧克力糖霜，然後小心地將淺色和深色的巧克力棒按在蛋糕外緣上。然後用草莓裝飾蛋糕的頂部。

4. 高爾夫蛋糕
所需食材：
白色糖霜 
綠色糖霜 
塑料袋和牙籤
Oreo餅乾
高爾夫球

作法：
4.1 用湯匙小心地在蛋糕上挖出一個洞。
4.2 將Oreo餅乾的奶油和餅乾分開，然後將其壓碎灑在蛋糕上的洞裡。
4.3 用牙籤在可密封塑料袋的角上刺一些小孔，塞進綠色糖霜，然後利用塑膠袋將綠色糖霜擠在蛋糕上，讓其看像草皮。最後用高爾夫球裝飾蛋糕。

5. 數字蛋糕
所需食材
白色糖霜 
食用糖珠
白紙

作法：
從紙上剪下需要的數字，然後將其放在一個覆蓋有白色糖霜的蛋糕上。將食用糖珠撒在蛋糕的頂部，然後小心地拿下數字。如有必要，請事先輕輕刷去掉灑落在數字上的彩色糖珠。

6. 笑臉蛋糕
所需食材：
白色糖霜
輸出笑臉圖片
蠟紙
擠花帶
不同顏色的糖霜
巧克力糖霜

作法：
6.1 用蠟紙蓋住輸出的笑臉圖片
6.2 覆蓋的笑臉中間放一個圓形彈簧蛋糕模具，然後用鉛筆沿著邊緣畫出輪廓。
6.3 取下彈簧模具，並在蠟紙上依據笑臉的顏色，塗上巧克力糖霜和不同顏色的糖霜。
6.4 用白色糖霜覆蓋笑臉和彈簧模具的其餘輪廓。
6.5 等待糖霜乾燥後，慢慢除去蠟紙，然後將其放在蛋糕上。
