So, we bumped into a deer 🦌! I wish I can see ELK, MOOSE!

Someone said hi, I hi back. Then followed by a few sentences. The only response I could give back was a very polite smile and a nod. Please forgive me.
Because I was ENGAGING MY CORE and doing HANGING KNEE RAISE!!!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Please don’t go ask people “how are you doin?” Or “what have you been busy with lately?” While people are all sweaty, vein popping and red, squeezing & working hard on their muscles in the gym.

There’s time I have lots of things to express, and there’s time like today, I just want to post something not fitness or workout related and don’t know what to write for the caption 🤪.

I have soooooo many workout videos that are stored in my gallery. And I’m refraining myself not to post too frequently. Cos when I look at my IG page, I noticed that, fitness has took over a big part of my IG diary 😅, like those fitness influencers. But I am not one. I will just call myself a....... erm 🤔......... Fitness Lover, Fitness Freak!!!!!!! 😆

Anyways, just a thought to share on this peaceful quiet, no workout Sunday.
