台北│整全無素肉料理
「吃素也不一定代表健康」!我常常這樣說,因為是真的,吃素也要吃得均衡才行,而且要盡量吃整全的蔬菜呢!在外用餐,難免會吃到素肉,畢竟我剛開始轉素也是因為素肉太好吃,所以素肉還是有它存在的意義,但是若遇到無素肉的餐館,我會特別珍惜喔~
「元禾食堂」的無素肉料理真的讓我蠻驚訝的,把大家印象中沒有味道的蔬菜做得如此「有味道」🤣而且賣相超吸引的,我重看照片時,有點流口水了 😋

"The vegan diet does not necessarily means healthy!" I often say this because it is true, your diet has to be balanced even you are having a vegan diet, and try to eat whole foods! When dining outside, it is inevitable that you will have mock meat. So when there is a vegan restaurant that doesn't provide mock meat, I will be superrrr happy!
The vegan cuisine without any mock meat of "Flourish" really surprised me. They made the tasteless vegetables so tasteful and they were very attractive. When I looked back the photos I took, really wanna go again. 😋

Ingredients (makes 7 inch square tin) :
For the crust :
120g whole pastry flour
30g maple syrup
30g oil (i used untoasted sesame oil)
For the filling :
70g cashew nuts
150g coconut milk (can substitute with any other milk)
30g bourbon (you can skip this)
60g brown rice syrup (any sweetener is okay to use)
40g coconut sugar (any sweetener is okay to use)
15g tapioca starch (you can use other kind of starch)
2 tsp vanilla extract
100g pecan nuts
50g pecan nuts(for garnish on top)
Instructions:
1. put whole pastry flour, maple syrup and oil together and mix well.
2. put the mixture into a cake tin and press the dough a little.
3. blend all the ingredients of filling with food processor(or blender).
4. add 100g pecan nuts then gently heat the mixture until thicken.
5. pour the mixture into the cake tin. put additional pecan nuts on top.
6. bake at 350F/180c for 30 minutes.

パームシュガー 40g

ピーカンナッツ 100g(フィリング用)
ピーカンナッツ 50g(飾り用)
作り方
1、クラスト生地の材料を混ぜ合わせ、型に敷き詰める。
2、フィリングの材料をフープロなどで撹拌する。
3、ピーカンナッツ100gを加えてトロみがつくまで弱火にかける。
4、型に流し入れ、飾りのピーカンナッツを乗せる。
5、180℃で30分ほど焼いたら出来上がり。
