Been WEEKS since I worked out (teaching cycling doesn’t count obv💁🏽♀️)😝 Finally managed to get my ass to the gym for a bit of HIIT. Already feeling the soreness after those heavy kettlebell deadlifts and swings ☠️ but it feels downright AMAZING to get the body moving! 😅
