INTERMITTENT FASTING: The most common form is 16/8 Method. 16 hours of fasting and 8 hour eating window. However, my personal preference is 14 / 10. The 10 hour eating windows works better for me.
To burn fat you need to produce calorie deficit. It means you don't really need intermittent fasting for weight loss. However, if you are lokking into autophagy, you will need to fast at least 16 hours. And, if you are looking into reboot your immune system / stem cells, you need to fast beyond 36 hours, which is not intermittent fasting already.
