Paper & Tea 柏林選茶 surprised me in a really good way haha. The interior was so beautiful I couldn’t help but to take some photos 😍 I ordered their afternoon tea couple set (pick two drinks, one dutch baby, one croffle, and one dessert) and picked their smoked salmon croffles with poached egg (croissant waffle, so clever hahah), truffle mushroom Dutch baby with poached egg, and caramel butter brioche with fig and grapes on top. They were all pretty delicious! My favorite was their savory Dutch baby baked in cast iron (so good), and my friend’s favorite was their caramel brioche ❤️ ———————————————————————————
