關於語言藝術
一場好嘅講座除咗內容吸引實用
講師嘅演繹亦非常重要
當中印象深刻就係「三文治溝通法」
採用正向、反向、正向法則
讚美當然比批評易入口
將「戲肉」嘅建議放喺中間
先以正向表達，明白並認同對方行為
再提出具體嘅建議，最後作出鼓勵
但有注意事項，喺提出建議嘅時候
千祈唔好提及「但係、不過」
例如：「我明白你想…但喺你應該…」
咁樣就會弄巧成拙，所有讚美倒變成作出指責嘅伏線，容易令對方反感
一不慎跌入「對與錯」嘅輸贏陷阱

Definitely gain some valuable insight!
Forming a reading corner is important for young kids to cultivate the habit of reading! In cultivating readers, read to them even after they can read independently & read out loud!
In cultivating writers, revise & revise & praise them !
In the age of screens, we have to learn to adapt too. Yea we can have healthy media choices. Learn to manage limited screen time & usage of electronic devices eg using e-learning tools, playing educational games. In fact some games are good for right brain training!
Parents pls be a media mentor: filter & guide!
