You should be determined to always perform well. And no doubt you’ll be able to manage a pretty demanding work schedule. Also, you’ll be culturally aware and reflect who we are – professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary and cosmopolitan.

We are now in the phase of dipping our toes into the new norm, trying to strike a balance between staying alive physically and economically. Other than sleeping early which I kinda fail to achieve, I have been maintaining balanced diet paired with ample amounts of workouts and truth is, I didn’t fall sick (excluding post vaccination side effects) for a single time in the past pandemic years. Hey it sounded like BC years.

Some of you have noticed that my body has changed physically especially in the past year and have asked me what have I done differently. I can honestly tell you that I haven’t been dieting, I just can’t be on a rigid diet because I have low appetite control, LOL!

One of the best things I did was to get my DNA test done over a year ago to understand my body better. Since then, I’ve adapted my training and food intake based on what’s most effective for my body type. Trust me, I was equally as doubtful. I mean eat and train according to your genes? Really? It wasn’t an overnight process, but hey, I have certainly noticed the difference on my physique and I feel so much better inside too.
