happy sunday! Häagen-Dazs’s newest campaign is all about listening to our inner voices. what is that something that you have been holding back to?

i usually hold back to fruity ice cream selections because i’m not a fan, but thankfully not holding back to their new flavors! Cantaloupe Melon, Mango & Cream, and my favorite Raspberry Stickbar are really pleasures! I specially love the Raspberry Stickbar and enjoyed the tartness of dried raspberries alongside sweet pretty pink chocolate & the very creamy ice cream swirled with raspberry sauce. this is just so decadent!

these new selections are available for sale at major supermarkets and RedMart now. have fun eating and #DontHoldBack okay? 😂

Painting some colors to my boring life with these icy treats in Mango, Green Tea, Royal Milk Tea and Strawberry flavors thanks to a family friend. Yay ✌🏼️
All super sweet like those from ハーゲンダッツ Häagen-Dazs and melting almost at the speed of light.
But still, I enjoyed the green tea and royal milk tea very much. Life can't get any sweeter than this!

今年の夏は暑い！暑すぎる！これはもう戦いだ！ということで
3種類のアイスクリームを使って簡単でかわいい迷彩デコアイスケーキの作り方です。3種のアイスクリームの味がマッチして最強のアイスクリームケーキができました。ストロベリーアイスクリームの代わりに抹茶アイスクリームを使ってもかっこいいカモフラになるぞ、きっと！
*レシピ*
１．15センチのセルクル型にバニラ、チョコレート、ストロベリーのアイスクリームを詰めていく。各アイスクリーム 225mlずつ使いました。取り出すことなどを考え、必要に応じて敷き紙をしく。
２．台に打ち付け、隙間ができないようにする。
３．表面を簡単にならし、1.5センチ弱の厚さに切ったスポンジをのせ、押し付ける。
４．冷凍庫でしっかりと固める。
５．型から取り出す。へこみができてしまった時はアイスクリームで埋めるときれいに仕上がります。
６．でけた。ストロベリーアイスをコーヒーアイスクリームにかえたら三毛猫アイスケーキでネコノミクス。

This is a recipe for a decorative ice cream cake using 3 varieties of ice cream. The three flavors are a perfect match and come together to make a wonderful cake. Using matcha ice cream in place of the strawberry could make a really cool camouflage pattern!
- Recipe -
1. Add the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice creams to a 15 inch round cake pan. I used 225ml of each flavor. You may wish to insert parchment paper into the bottom of the pan to make the cake easier to remove.
2. Bang the pan on the counter to get rid of any gaps in the ice creams.
3. Smooth out the surface, place a sponge cake cut to a thickness of 1.5cm on top, and press down firmly.
4. Allow to set in the freezer.
5. Remove from the cake pan. If the cake should fall, you can fix it up by adding ice cream to the hole.
6. Voila! Next, we'd like to try substituting coffee ice cream in place of the strawberry to make a calico cat ice cream cake!
