The pole tricks in are invented by amazing pole dancers all around the world. Many of the tricks are named after the inventors. for examples, Aline Kerber (AK) , she creates lots of pole moves inspired by Yoga poses. Most of her signature moves looks like she was floating in the air. (Check her page for more)

My frist ever lesson at Viva Vertical Malaysia. Was suppose to be Pole but instructor, Shan felt I could handle some Flying Yoga too :) Thoroughly enjoyed my first lesson and was real pleased I could do certain poses.
