🍕 Trying to drop body fat can be hard. There are times when you are going to want to faceplant a pizza or dive headfirst into the biscuit jar, however there are ways of making it easier and staying on track. So i thought i would share some of the ways to help keep you on the path to leansville.

📲 As always, i would always advise tracking your calories. Try to ensure you reach your protein goal and hit your total calories for the day.

🌽 EAT PLENTY OF FIBRE- Fibre is a great way of keeping you full without adding a lot of calories to your diet. So moral of the story, load up on those veggies with your meals!

🐔EAT PLENTY OF PROTEIN- Eating protein rich foods can help curb hunger by triggering hormones such as leptin and GLP-1 that help cap hunger. Eating plenty of protein (0.8-1g per 1lb of bodyweight) also helps preserve muscle mass when losing weight. This in turn helps keep the metabolism high.

💧 DRINK LOTS OF WATER - Sometimes the feeling of thirst is mistaken for hunger. Keeping hydrated will help eliminate the false feeling of hunger. Plus water is pretty important, the human body is 60% water after all.

⏰ HOLD BACK CALORIES - Try preserving some of your daily calories for the evening. This is where people tend to get the munchies. Sitting down infront of the TV goes hand in hand with eating after all.

☕️ DRINK COFFEE- Magic stuff coffee is! The caffeine in coffee give you a nice little pick me up energy wise and can help keep you going until your next meal.

🥃 DIET DRINKS - 0 calories and can help get rid of cravings. These are a great tool when dieting and are wrongly frowned upon by many. Get with the times, make your life easier! Drink the occasional diet coke to help fight off cravings. No it won’t give you cancer either!
