KL最有名的 #瓦煲鸡饭 之一，独创 #炭盖，直接把铁盖加在饭上，然后铺满炭火，上下一起烧，热度更均匀，速度也更快，热腾腾上桌，饭充满炭香味，腌制过的鸡肉特别滑嫩，加一粒蛋，味道更正，老板娘的孙子已经接手掌厨，算是第三代的老字号了👌！

I'm not a claypot chicken rice fan in general but the one from Heun Kee is worth the wait (and queue!).
Cooked on charcoal fire till the bottom is crisp, charred and caramelised, I like how the chicken pieces are tender and well-marinated so there's plenty of flavour to go around.
