臺美「#全球合作暨訓練架構」（GCTF）
於本周舉辦為期三天的「印太區域良善能源治理研討會」
這次活動共計有13個國家、25位官員及專家來臺參訓
此外，本次為澳洲首度共同舉辦GCTF活動！
證明GCTF又再一次獲得理念相近國家支持與響應！
這次活動邀請到
美國能源部亞洲及美洲事務部的 #副助理部長 Elizabeth Urbanas擔任專題講者，讓研討會更具有實務價值
使各國教學相長，共同邁向能源治理的未來~
同時也藉由各國的踴躍參與，展現台灣在能源治理上的努力與決心！

「全球合作暨訓練架構」(Global Cooperation and Training Framework,GCTF)為臺美於2015年成立的合作架構，旨在就人道救援，公共衛生，環保等共同關切議題上進一步合作，並將合作計劃案制度化，為區域及全球做出貢獻。

To raise public awareness of good energy governance, Taiwan🇹🇼, the US🇺🇸, Japan🇯🇵, and Australia🇦🇺 are currently co-hosting a three-day international workshop on 'Good Energy Governance in the #IndoPacific' under the Global Cooperation and Training Framework (#GCTF). 25 officials and experts from 13 countries have gathered in Taiwan for the event, and we are honored to have Ms. Elizabeth Urbanas, the deputy assistant secretary for Asia and Americas at the US Department of Energy, address the event as its keynote speaker. Last but not least, we welcome Australia on its first time participating in this workshop as a co-host! It is exciting to see the framework gaining more and more traction from like-minded countries!
