網上有傳警察拉人之後，由原本可扣留48小時改為72小時，見到我上一個post仍有唔少留言以為係真，所以出呢個post講清楚，因為每個人必須清楚知道自己嘅權益，保障自己好重要。

1. 警隊網頁見到「被捕人士指引— 拘捕及羈留」所指嘅72小時，只係講緊根據遞解出境法律而被拘捕或扣留嘅人，例如非法入境者。

2. 《警隊條例》第232章白紙黑字好清楚：（中文譯得好難明，所以引英文）”where such person is detained in custody he shall be brought before a magistrate as soon as practicable, unless within 48 hours of his apprehension a warrant for his arrest and detention under any law relating to deportation is applied for, in which case he may be detained for a period not exceeding 72 hours from the time of such apprehension.

3. 好難怪大家誤會，我聽到連一啲大狀都話寫得misleading。即係話，警隊網頁嘅「指引」（唔知點解）隻字不提《警隊條例》列明嘅48小時，只係選擇話你知有72小時呢件事。一般人就咁睇，好容易誤會扣留已由本來48小時改為72小時，其實72小時只限根據遞解出境法律而被拘捕嘅人。

4. 如果被拉，唔好被嚇倒或誤導，誤以為可以扣留72小時呀。

有人話我唔應該恥笑陳偉霆啲英文。就咁，我已經話過，佢紅唔係因為英文好，我接受，我係唔明 Chanel 廣告團隊點俾呢段片喺冇修正下出街。我亦唔係針對口音問題，係發音錯誤。之但係William 哥讀 St Jo 再加耀中，都幾名校出身。

講起名校，以下落黎呢位就最把炮。拔萃、普林斯頓、哈佛、賓州，我睇係香港高官裡面最高學歷嗰位。點知，我發現佢英文水平好水皮。近日佢喺立法會講咗段英文，瀨曬嘢：

Over the past many many years ever since the secretariat has come into existence, we have always worked against this principle. We have dealt with very controversial issues. We always endeavour to use our best professional judgement and independent thinking to serve the Council and all its committees. As everybody would understand from those list of questions, those details are important to be orally thought through. //

錯誤百出：

Political neutrality - not po-litical. 我會拍一段正確發音片段解釋。

Worked against this principle. - 佢癲咗，話秘書處一直反對政治中立呢個原則。佢係想講 worked according to this principle. 反轉咗黎講，自打嘴巴，呢個高官level，實在係seven。

'Over the past many many years... 港式英語 「過去好多好多年」。英文角度黎講係又多餘 (redundant) 又繁瑣 （cumbersome)。Delete。

Very controversial - very not fery. 香港人有發唔到 v 音邊漏風嘅 f 音問題。必須狠狠地咬住下唇。Con-troversial is wrong. 我會拍片解釋該如何發音。

'Those list' is grammatically wrong。係 those lists。單數複數都未識分。

'Orally thought through' makes no sense。呢個唔係語言問題係邏輯問題。翻譯成中文：「口頭考慮一下」。啲官究竟係想點....

課程概述與目標Objectives：
Electronic noise is an unavoidable property of semiconductor devices and degrades their performance. It has to be taken into account in the design of analog circuits.

In the first part of the course, briefly the fundamentals of analog circuit theory (N-ports, gain and stability etc.) are reviewed. Next basic concepts of noise in devices and circuits are introduced. Based on these concepts the impedance field method is derived and compact models for noise in devices (pn diode, bipolar transistor, MOSFET) are developed. The noise properties of these devices are discussed.

In the second part of the course, the numerical methods necessary for device simulation are introduced. This covers grids, discretization of partial differential equations, solvers for large systems of equations, the drift-diffusion model, stationary calculations, transient simulations and their stability and analysis in the frequency domain. Finally, numerical devices simulation of electronic noise will be explained.

In the exercise of the first part problems relating to the theory are solved. In the second part, a simple device simulation program in MATLAB is developed.

這封信中要詢問國會議員寫一封回信，或者與信和你們對美國疫苗捐贈的回應合照。我也會要求收到一面飄揚在美國國會大廈上的旗幟，併計劃將其捐贈給台灣當地政府或學校。

In early June, America sent three Congress Representatives to announce vaccines to Taiwan, initially only 750,000. To Taiwan's surprise, America arrived on June 20th with 2.5 million vaccines. The internet was exploding with gratitude and love for America; now it’s my turn to make sure America understands Taiwan's deep appreciation!

I plan to accumulate everyone’s kind words of gratitude, compile them into a letter, and send them to over 30 Congress Members in the United States. I hope to let the United States personally know how grateful American Citizens in Taiwan and Native Taiwanese feel towards the alliance, support, and friendship between the two countries.

As part of my letter, I am inquiring that the Congress member either writes a reply or takes a photo with the letter containing your response to American’s vaccine donation. I will also ask of receiving a flag that has been flown over the US Capitol building and plans to donate them to local Governments or Schools here in Taiwan.
