[北義][Franciacorta] 前頭有提到Franciacorta和Prosecco都是義大利著名的氣泡酒產區，而Franciacorta更是後來居上成為義大利首個獲得DOCG認證的氣泡酒產區。 我們用兩天的時間參訪了Franciacorta前四代表的酒莊，第二天上午造訪的Bellavista可說是這兩天看到視野最美麗的酒莊了，其也在2017年獲得義大利紅蝦評鑑的年度酒莊獎。
Franciacorta的氣泡酒釀造方式可說是和香檳致敬，且以更嚴苛的條件陳放，例如無年份的Franciacorta需陳年至少十八個月，比香檳的十五個月更長。我們這趟參觀了Bellavista酒莊內製酒過程，最特別的是看到如何在二次發酵過程中做手工轉瓶，精準的速度讓人讚嘆!
最後在極度舒適且擁有好視野的空間品嘗三款Bellavista的代表氣泡酒，其中La Scala系列是和米蘭Scala歌劇院合作款式，Chardonnay 72%搭配Pinot Nero 28%並有四分之一以上的部分在橡木桶存放超過七個月，是香氣優雅且平衡的一款，有機會可以嚐嚐囉~
