It’s not about adding years to your life but adding life to your years! And one of the best ways to do that is to always find time to play. 😝 My mother is 78 and still going strong. I’m convinced it’s because she has such a zest for life, always ready to learn something new, exercises regularly, loves doing crossword puzzles, has a gang of girlfriends that she goes out with and enjoys doing silly #TiKTok dances with her grandkids. It’s about taking a holistic approach to health by paying attention to mind, body and spirit. It’s never too late to start taking care of your health! ❤️❤️❤️
