The prime minister of Saint Lucia 🇱🇨 Allen Chastanet inspected the work of Taiwan’s 🇹🇼 technical missions at the invitation of the Embassy of ROC Taiwan in Saint Lucia, bearing witness to the fruits of technical cooperation between the two countries.
Prime Minister Chastanet later posted on his Facebook Page, praising Taiwan for working together with Saint Lucia in its efforts to combat black leaf streak in its banana industry 🍌, which has allowed for an increase in crop yields, in rolling out the GiNet project, which established a free WI-FI service network, and in implementing the Constituency Development Program. 🤝

查士納總理當天立馬在他的個人臉書上有感而發💕，感謝臺灣長期協助當地防治香蕉葉斑病、增加香蕉產量、執行「政府廣域網路計畫」📶、「地方建設計畫」，還推動了許多有效改善露國民生的計畫，整個呵咾甲會觸舌~ 😁

我國在露國執行「防治香蕉葉斑病」、「政府廣域網路計畫」(GiNet)、「地方建設計畫」(CDP)等成果豐碩，下階段農業計畫著重在建立農產品市場供銷資訊系統及商業化產銷制度，協助露國達成「蔬果進口替代」的目標。
