由於很多人在家缺乏器材,又想鍛鍊出好看的上半身
今天May用兩個水壺,不用額外器材~(徒手ok)
帶大家做一個10分鐘主要針對肩膀又能鍛鍊到臀腿的燃脂訓練!
水壺很輕沒錯,但連續不休息做下來你一定會感覺到肩膀的燃燒~
以下19個動作,每個動作30秒,中間有個30秒休息

馬步蹲直拳 Squat punch 30sec
肩前舉後跨步蹲Front raise reverse lunge 30sec
