Check out the new Rice Burgers selection from Ochaking! Tried the Tempura Rice Burger 🍤 🍚 🍔 RM10.90 today, this is definitely filling and yummeh 😋 I was surprised 😲 to find potato salad in between it. Wow. Has textures and taste really nice, each ingredients works. Wanna try the salmon next 😍. They provide gloves too so you don't have to eat messy.

I saved the onigiri for dinner coz I was so full. Tried the Baby Octopus 🐙 onigiri RM7.30 and Smoked Duck onigiri RM6.50 and bought more Salmon onigiri RM6.50 (you know I love this a lot coz I bought 3 the other day and another 4 today) from the Premium onigiri menu. Love love love the smoked duck onigiri, it has that saltiness that's enough to taste really good 🤤🤤🤤. Mum approves. Need to get more of these.

ひな祭りにぴったりな3色に可愛く仕上げました♪
アボカドと明太子で色付け、味もとっても美味しい♡
ひな祭りの日にぜひ作ってみてくださいね!
ひな祭りポテトサラダ
2人分
材料:
じゃがいも(茹でる) 400g
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
マヨネーズ 大さじ4
アボカド 1/2個
明太子 1/2腹
卵(錦糸卵) 1個分
スモークサーモン(スライス) 2枚
きゅうり(半月切り) 適量
いくら 小さじ1
作り方:
1.ボウルに茹でたじゃがいもを入れて、マッシャーで潰し、塩、コショウ、マヨネーズを加えて全体を混ぜ合わせ、ボウルの中で3等分する。
2.緑色のポテトをつくる。
別のボウルに潰したアボカドを入れ、じゃがいもの1/3の量を加え全体的をしっかりと混ぜる。
3.ピンク色のポテトをつくる。
別のボウルにじゃがいもの1/3量を入れ、明太子の粒を混ぜる。
4.透明のカップに、2、残った1、3の順に平らにならしながら盛り付ける。
5.錦糸卵、スモークサーモン、きゅうり、いくらを飾り付けて完成!
3 layered mashed potato salad for Hinamatsuri
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS:
400g potatoes (boiled)
Some salt
Some black pepper
4tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 avocado
1/2 part mentaiko
1 egg (make Kinshi-tamago)
2 slices smoked salmon
Some cucumber (sliced)
1 teaspoon ikura (salmon caviar)
PREPARATION:
1. Mash potatoes in a bowl with a masher. Add salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise, then mix well. Divide the mashed potatoes into 3 parts.
2. For green potatoes: put mashed avocado into another bowl. Transfer 1/3 of the mashed potatoes (1) into the bowl and mix well.
3. For pink potatoes: transfer 1/3 of the mashed potatoes into another bowl. Add mentaiko and mix.
4. In a clear cup, put green mashed potatoes (2), the regular potatoes (1), then the pink one (3) to make 3 layers.
5. Decorate with Kinshi-tamago, smoked salmon, cucumber slices, and ikura on top.
6.Enjoy!
