這款西冷扒煎成全熟,當然不及平常愛吃的半熟鮮嫩,但感覺也不是太老,也有一些肉味,肉質纖維厚,頗具咬感。薯角也非常好味,煎得鬆脆。整道也是相當不錯。
This well-done steak was not tough. It tasted rich and meaty and less marbling. Potato wedges were also crispy. Overall it was delicious. Yummy!
幾道菜也有相當水準,雖然價錢稍貴,但仍然值得前去一試。

意大利肉醬千層麵 ($128) Lasagna Bolognese (HKD128)
芝士,麵和肉醬互相平衡,這款千層麵感覺面皮硬度適中,口感較煙韌彈牙,醬汁也足夠,有香味,整體不錯。
There were layers of meat, cheese and sauce between the noodles, not like the one which seemed to be layers of noodles with little in between. We really liked the bolognese sauce which had a rich and sweet flavor.

精選蠔不算大隻,味道偏向清甜,而且也算嫩滑爽口,一打的蠔作為頭盤,不錯。
