One of the popular places to see Orangutans in Sabah is at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre in Sandakan. We highly recommend you to come by during their feeding time at 10 am or at 3 pm. But bear in mind Orangutan sightings are not guaranteed. Although it can be disappointing, look at it in a positive light - this indicates that the Orangutans are not reliant upon feeding. They can survive in a free and natural existence within the reserve. 😉

This is my last post from Borneo.

Borneo was never in our original travel plans but after meeting so many people who kept telling us how amazing it was we just knew that we had to go. We were stunned by the beauty of the landscapes and the abundant wildlife that we were so fortunate to see up close.

For anybody who is planning to travel to Borneo in the future, I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
