We are told to set boundaries & slow down to check in with our well-beings when things get overwhelmed. The more I pay attention, the more I learn about this one thing- ENERGY.
1. Everything that exists in this universe possess energy. Be it an atom, an object or a living being.
2. Energy can be translated in many different “languages” like frequency, vibration, Qi, aura & etc. Generally, we are born with the instincts to identity energy regardless of what it “means” to us.
3. There are relationships & activities that “increase” or “decrease” our core energy. Our emotions like happy, excitement, calm, peaceful, sad, angry, tired & etc are the signals with how these energy translate to us. It’s important to pay attention & learn to IDENTIFY them.
4. With this sheer effort, we will gradually gain awareness & capabilities to balance energy and to support each other’s incompetence as a human tribe.
5. Yes, tonight I’ll need to sit in with my dear self(maybe with Mickey too). To observe, listen & recalibrate. Goodnight☯️

1. Cut off the complaints.
Don't be a complainer and don't let others complain at you. It's cool to vent once in a while, but complaining is just frustration without any plans behind it. Set boundaries in your life to keep needless complaining out.
2. Acknowledge the past.
But don't live in. The past is in the past. Put your baggage down and walk away. It takes time to heal from past injuries, but you have to allow yourself to.
