- Braised Crab Meat Soup with Crab Roe and Fish Maw
- Stewed Crab with Glass Noodlesand Canton Silver Fish XO Sauce Served in Casserole
- Wok-Fried Flat Noodle with Crab Meat, Crab Roe and Seafood in Scrambled Egg Gravy
Definitely not in order of preference as the Wok Fried Flat Noodles is my most fav. I really like how it is packed with wok hei and the egg gravy is flavoursome with generous serving of fresh seafood and CRAB ROE. 😋😋😋
A total of 10 new seasonal dishes will be available showcasing those meaty and juicy crabs. If your tummy space allow, do remember to check out the Steamed Crab with Glutinous Rice too.
