今年最重要的事莫過於參加陰陽流暢瑜伽200小時師資培訓。
小時候的學習只為了升學及考試目的,學習的熱忱似乎不存在過,直到接觸瑜伽後才明白遇到真正喜歡的事情會忘卻時間的流逝。很高興我的瑜伽啟蒙老師是Lynn Chou LynnC-Wellness ॐYoga&Pilates,在大而化之豪邁外表下隱藏著細膩嚴謹的完美主義,而這隱性特質完整呈現在堪比出版品規格的師資講義中。
「希望結業後你們所得到的東西比體位法多」
Lynn老師這句話,我在第一天上課時就感受到了。
能夠心無旁鶩學習是多麼幸福的事。
喜歡由Una老師帶領的晨練開啟每一天課程,精準口令誘發每吋肌肉都得認真工作,經過大汗淋漓洗禮更能把自己安放在Shavasana中。
也喜歡每晚都能享受Lynn老師的陰瑜伽,翻開由TT開始練習寫的#情緒小日記,不太懂得表達內心感受的我,每天都寫著謝謝自己來參加這次培訓。
更喜歡身心小活動及分組教學練習,尤其當大多數素人同學說口令沒什麼需要調整改進時,培訓教官級的同學總能幫忙找出盲點,每天都有不同的收穫。(雖然分到同組時壓力山大XDD)
第一階段剛結束,已開始感覺自己似乎有那麼一點不一樣,期待200小時後蛻變的自己。

無法立即回答出一個令自己滿意的答案
並不是沒有改變
而是改變太多,難以三言兩語完整表達
我變得更享受與自己獨處
背上行囊到山上、到海邊,隨遇而安看待每個新鮮的人事物
我變得更容易滿足
再華美的物質也比不上Shavasana輕緩沉定的呼吸
我變得更愛自己
懂得照顧自己的需求
如同在墊子裡學習觀照自我
墊子裡的練習是一時
墊子外的旅程是一輩子
心安定了
無論到哪裡嘴角自然掛著微笑

Last week I finally started my online teaching! 💻🧘🏻♀️Not familiar with zoom and the set up, the sound and visual were not going well as I expected. (Now I figure using AirPods is the best so I can deliver a better shavasana body scan experience! 💤 )
Randomly saw a saying online: “Trial and Error; keep trying, there must be a way out of here.” No matter how new / unfamiliar / hard it is, try and let’s find a way to survive, especially under this difficult time. #WeAreInThisTogether 💪🏽
