今天鮮蝦粥,除了有大骨湯當基底外,
魩仔魚,鮮蝦,再加上南瓜,讓整道料理
吃了營養滿滿又健康🥳

料理做法🍳。
—
蝦子去除外殼,沙線,魩仔魚
用清水清洗乾淨,備料。
—
高湯鍋,加入白飯,轉小火,水煮開,
蓋上鍋蓋悶煮,約25~30分鐘。
—
「比例:白飯1/水7,依個人喜好調整,
我是自己熬大骨湯,也可以用水替代」
—
「記得悶煮粥時,4~5分鐘就開鍋蓋,
攪拌一下避免食材黏鍋的可能性」。
—
30分過去~粥煮的差不多時…
—
鍋內下一大匙油,熱鍋,紅蔥頭下鍋,
煸至表面焦化,起鍋,瀝乾油份,備料。
—
炒鍋下些許紅蔥油,蝦仁,
下鍋,煎熟,起鍋備料。
—
南瓜,切成小塊狀,過熱水,
煮熟,瀝乾水份,加入粥內
—
粥再加入蝦仁,吻仔魚,油蔥酥,
些許鹽巴,胡椒鹽,攪拌均勻
—
煮約3~5分鐘,起鍋,完成。
—
備註：
1.
今天粥我燉煮到,一個中間狀況,
有點南部粥的顆粒狀和廣東粥
的糊狀,狀態。
