Skincare for today!
Goat Casein Soothing Mask Cream Light is a washable mask from a Taiwanese brand TKLAB 植肌生技! It targets sensitive skin and has simple ingredients.

I use it for full face and acne parts of my skin. The moment I washed off the mask my skin became whiter, but after a day it becomes the same. I do see a difference that it smooth out my skin. It’s smelly, if you’re picky about the smell than it’s a pass. Something interesting to me is that this product needs to be stock in the refrigerator! My first skincare product ever in the refrigerator 🤣 else the consistency won’t be that thick!

保養品又來了！
今天要分享的是 #TKLAB 的羊珞素®溫和面膜乳（簡稱溫羊）～主打給敏感肌使用！成分很單純！

這是一款水洗式面膜，官方有介紹好幾種不同的使用方法！我自己使用會是全臉敷，以及在痘痘部位也會敷～痘痘的部分就會敷比較久！使用起來真的很溫和，所以針對痘痘部分要看到什麼效果我也沒有很要求啦😂敷完洗掉當下臉真的會變白很多！但隔天就回歸原狀了哈哈哈哈哈🤣不過像是在鼻頭等覺得肌膚比較不平滑的地方是平滑有感的喔！

有羊（？）的味道，對味道敏感的人要斟酌喔！還有一個一定要提醒的是它的保存方式是要放冷藏喔！是我第一個放冰箱的保養品哈哈哈！沒有放的話會不夠濃稠，水水的

第三年戲劇學校的聖誕節公演，我們坐在台下、閃閃淚光...

那個曾經在我懷裏嗷嗷待哺、躲在教室門口哭著不進去的孩子，現在站在台上能唱能跳、節奏感強烈。

一直覺得自信是人格裏很重要的部份。過去我因為身材豐腴，在亞洲受盡冷嘲熱諷，對自己的外型感到污穢，在現實生活裏我很害羞、人多就手足無措；很高興女兒繞過了我所經歷的，我們興起之時可以在路上邊走邊跳，也就是 'comfortable in my own skin'的境界 (覺得在自己的皮囊裡很舒服？)(看吧，中文翻譯不來，在中文的世界裏「做自己」好像是件不道德的事)

公演時我忙著拍照，回家仔細聽發現一首很有趣、關於聖誕大餐的歌：

五個烤洋芋坐在我盤裏
四條爽脆紅蘿蔔，看來好美味
三根香腸，金黃又圓潤
兩塊可愛的防風草根
讓我們把醬汁澆在好吃的火雞和豌豆上吧

What Love means to a 4-8 year old

A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, ’What does love mean?’ The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined

And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.

The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.

The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, ‘Nothing , I just helped him cry’.
