昨日は大変な一日でした。

朝に、映画『えんとつ町のプペル』のオープニング主題歌（＠HYDEさん）のミュージックビデオが公開したのですが、公開と同時にお客様は勿論のこと、関係者サイドもザワつきまして……いろんな連絡をいただきました。

端的に言うと、「とんでもねぇな！」ということでして、エンターテイメントに携わっている人が、あれをほっておくわけないんですね。

夜には緊急会議（という名の飲み会）が開かれて、そのままスタッフの皆で実花さんに行き、今後の作戦を立てました。

また、皆様の度肝を抜くような面白いものをご提供できるかもしれません。



結局、朝から晩まで仕事で走り回ったのですが、唯一やった「ハロウインっぽいこと」は、午後におこなった「撮影会」です。

プペルの本気の仮装をした西野と一緒に記念撮影ができるという限定２００組の（コスプレ）撮影会なのですが、なんかファミリーで来てくださる方も本当に多くて、すっごい楽しかったんです。

コロナになって、ああいったリアルイベントって減っちゃったんですけど、「撮影会」だと、チケットを販売する段階から、お客さんの集合時間を分けることができて、かつ、1組1組ですから、蜜を避けれるんですね。

限られた人数ですので、勿論、受付で全員、消毒＆検温することもできる。



この形のリアルイベントっていいなぁと思いまして、今朝、サロンの方に「ちなみにハロウィンじゃなくても、今回のようなコスプレ撮影会の需要ってあります？」と聞いたところ……「行きたい！」という声をたくさん頂戴しました。

というわけで、本日の二日酔いが片付き次第、準備に取り掛かって、「コスプレ撮影会　第２弾」を秒速で実現します。お楽しみに。

そんなこんなで今日の本題は、冒頭お伝えした「近況報告」と繋がる話なのですが……

実は『コスプレ撮影会』にしても、『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』にしても、どちらも映画『えんとつ町のプペル』の販促活動なんです。

『コスプレ撮影会』には前売りチケットが５枚、『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』にはオンライン前売り券が３枚ついてきます。



いわゆる「特典付きチケット」なのですが、これは映画だと、よくある手法で『鬼滅の刃』だと、たしか４５０万人に単行本が付いてきたり、『ポケモン』とかも、そういうのありますよね。

一人でも多くの方に映画館に足を運んでもらう為に、皆、あの手この手を繰り出しています。

僕らのような小さなチームは、付けられる特典があまりなくて、特典となると、どうしても「西野が稼働する何か」がメインになってくるんですね。

ドブ板営業は得意なので、そんなのは望むところですが、ただ、当初は、『コスプレ撮影会』も、『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』もやる予定ではなかったんです。

当初は、全国の映画館を行脚して、各映画館で映画『えんとつ町のプペル』のストーリーを喋って、その出口で、チケットを手売りする予定だったのですが……コロナでその計画が全て白紙になりました。

映画館は５０箇所回る予定で、仮に、各映画館の出口でチケットが２００枚売れたとしたら、２００枚×５０個所で、１万枚の前売りチケットがそこで捌けていた。

それがコロナで白紙になっちゃったわけですが、でも、よくよく考えてみてください。

コロナで映画館を回るイベントができなくなって、その代わりの打ち手として出した、たとえば今回の『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』には前売りチケットが３枚付いていて、今の時点で３１００名の受講者が決まっています。

この時点で、９３００枚の前売り券が売れているわけですね。

映画館を回るイベントは１年がかり。
一方、『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』は、９０分程度です。


「コロナでやれなくなった代わりに」という施策は、この他にもたくさん打っていて、(変な言い回しですが)あのままコロナがなかったら、映画『えんとつ町のプペル』の前売りチケットは、今の１０分の１も売れていなかった。


何が言いたいかというと、月並みですが、問題が起きてしまうことは大して重要ではなくて、その問題に対して、どう対処するかが重要だということです。

そして、その対処する力となるのは何かというと、「天才的なひらめき」などではなく、『知識』です。

クラウドファンディング、オンラインサロン、それらのハンドリングの知識がないと、対処法の選択肢が減る。
選択肢の欠乏は「焦り」を生み、焦りは判断ミスを生んでしまうので、とにもかくにも必要なのは『知識』です。
こういう局面では、「才能」なんて、何の役にも立ちません。

そんなこんなで、「『西野亮廣オンライン講演会 ~マーケティング講座【上級編】~』に是非」という告知をブチ込んでみるわけですが、勿論、僕の講演会だけじゃなくてね、他にもたくさんの人から知識を吸収した方がいいと思います。

じゃあ、「そういうことを教えてくれる人をどこで選ぶか？」という問題になってくると思うのですが、これはあくまで僕の選び方になりますが、「今現在、売れているモノを持っている人」がイイと思います。

「売れているモノ」の線引きは、その人本人が「これだけ売れています」と言っているものではなくて、「第３者が『売れている』と認識しているモノ」です。

自分で言う分には、数字なんて、いくらでも盛れるんで。
自称数字は参考数字にしない方がイイ。

あと、現在進行形のヒット商品を持っていない人の知識は、現在進行形のヒット商品を持っていない人の知識からの引用なので、ちょっと遅いです。

あんまり使いものにならない。

共產黨的紅龜貴

BLM（Black Lives Matter）「黑人命貴」組織與運動，已等同美國文革。BLM代表的不只是黑人平權運動，而是美國民主黨支持、中國共產黨扶持、美國華爾街（George Soros為代表）金援、美國主流左派力挺，共同對付川普（Donad Trump）總統的工具，寄望立場親近中國的拜登（Joe Biden）當選。但BLM何嘗不是在利用這個左派聯盟？

7月13日文章談及因說了「所有生命都重要」All Lives Matter而被BLM暴徒以槍爆頭慘死的Jessica Doty Whitaker，她是一個三歲男童的媽媽。大部分網友明辨是非，譴責BLM並對受害者寄予同情。但少數人卻持相反觀點，不但不譴責BLM，還挑刺說被害者先說了具歧視性質的N-word，是白目、是挑釁。我對這種顛倒是非黑白的人真是無力吐槽。

我發現有許多台灣人或台美人持這種觀點，或許是長期接受左派薰陶、看左媒成長，甚至碩、博士論文也是左派觀點的進步覺青們，早就把左派的主張刻進骨子裡。我也贊成反種族歧視、平權、適當的社會福利。但你知道亞裔是被美國黑人最歧視的族群嗎？你知道在美國，黑人是最強勢的種族嗎？長期以來好萊塢電影，甚至不准黑人扮演反派，現在民主黨人還到處表演對黑人下跪。你知道美國黑人享有多高的福利嗎？限於篇幅，不再贅述。若讀者網友有興趣，我再詳細整理成另文。

比較有趣的是，許多美國猶太人竟然也支持BLM，當然這些持者多是既得利益階層如華爾街金融資本家（如George Soros）、媒體老闆等（如Michael Bloomberg）。他們難道不知道BLM不只是馬克思主義信徒，還信仰慕斯林、對猶太人採敵視態度嗎？還是那句話，貪婪。為了金錢、權力、女色，以及延長生命保持健康活力（這方面中國可以隨時提供服務，不管是換血、換器官，或是中國小蘿莉）以便於繼續享受這一切，什麼都可以出賣。

Hawk Newsome says the black rights group is 〝mobilizing〞 its base and aims to develop a highly-trained 〝military arm〞 to challenge police brutality head on.

Newsome said: 〝We want liberation. We want the power to determine our own destiny. We want freedom from an oppressive government, and we want the immediate end of government sanctioned murder by the police. And we prepare to stop these government sanctioned murders by any means necessary. We are preparing and training our people to defend our communities〞.

〝We have black Special Forces officers advising us, and we will teach and train people in our communities, the Black Ops department of Black Opportunities,〞he said. Asked if the 〝Peace Officers〞 would be armed and open carry their guns in the states that allow it, he said: 〝Yes, absolutely.〞

First start at Amazon

Amazon company has invested in the game business since 2014 after acquiring Twitch business, online video platform, game containers with 29,000 million baht.

Passing through now, Twitch has grown beyond the competitors clearly.
9,340 million hours a year videos are viewed by 73 % of the market.

In addition, they have a business called Amazon Web Services (AWS) that provides cloud database storage, which major game developers such as Bandai, Capcom, Epic Games, Supercell, Zynga are the company's customers.

Meaning that every time people play online, AWS services are also being used.
And most importantly, this business has much higher profit margins than E-commerce.

Next one is Alphabet

The company owns YouTube, the world's biggest online video platform, with about 250 million game-related followers per day.

In addition, YouTube has also launched a YouTube Gaming feature to support streaming games especially.
There are 2,681 million hours of video viewing per year. The market share of 21 % is the number 2, secondary from Twitch.

What these companies need is inevitable bringing their technology into consumer hands to build a strong user base.

Gaming business is becoming a very large industry.

So, the game market is worth up to 4.7 trillion baht and it predicts that the number will grow to 6.2 trillion baht in 2023

The special thing is gaming people always pay to buy unlimited items or features.

And the company can also offer products to customers directly in real time. When order happens, players get items immediately. Game owners get paid at the same time.

While buying normally, consumers may have to shop at the mall or wait for delivery later. The seller may have a central or multi-layer dealer to get paid and also to manage inventory.

Including game owners and players can also do game-changing activities such as gamecast reviews or serious Esports to win prize money.

This is not surprising if it says in the near future, the game market where humans pay virtual purchases.
Could be bigger than any physical product market that is tangible..
