助理警務處長陶輝（Rupert Dover）日前被《壹週刊》揭發，指其位於清水灣碧水新村的寓所，屬於「牌照屋」。警方回覆查詢時指，警務人員可自由進行私人投資，但必須遵守相關規定及指引。
陶輝早前則已向傳媒表示，他居住的清水灣碧水新村一號屋，是其太太的親友給他們一定居住，至於他在本港成立的公司Voltage Stabilisers International (HK) Limited，他承認是股份持有人，但目前沒有任何貿易。

透過把重量放前Front Loading來抵消後蹲中容易出現的重心失衝，讓身體更直立。
Dumbbell Goblet Squat對新手掌握自己的深蹲力學、提升身體感知Proprioception及提升基礎力量都十分重要👷🏽♂️👌🏽
✅目的：
透過增加膝關節屈曲角度Knee Flexion Angle，從而把四腳肌的參與最大化。
主要參與肌群：
1. 四頭肌 Quadriceps
2. 臂部肌群 Gluteals
3. 肩胛骨穩定肌 Scapular Stabilisers
4. 核心肌群 Core Muscles
⚠️重點：
1. 把核心肌群鎖好 Embrace Core
2. 過程中保持脊柱中立 Neutral Spine
3. 把啞鈴儘量貼近胸前 Keep weight close to chest (mid foot)
4. 要完全控制重量，不要突然加速 Control with tempo
5. 把膝關節推到最前，同時保持腳踝貼在地上 Good and Full Range of Motion
‼️注意事項：
1. 如有任何不適及痛楚，請不要繼續做，及請教真 · 專業教練。
2. 缺乏理想腳踝關節活動度，可能需要更高的墊放在腳跟上，或以較闊站寬進行。
普通的教練只能讓客人模仿動作，只著重次數及把重量由A點帶到B點，容易忽略動作的目的及細緻地方。
但更好的教練則以力學角度解釋動作本身及防止動作錯誤，著重肌肉參與的過程，最重要是重量由A點至B點移動的質素。
