我讀這篇讀了好幾次，也點了 youtube 進去順便練練聽力。

我想說的是，每個員工都想被重視，但從公司的立場來說，「重視每個員工」只能當行動綱領，因為極少數的員工會吃掉老闆或人資的關愛。
.
每個人資源都是有限的。所以你要被愛，你必需展示某些東西讓別人看到你。

of course, 當別人忽視你的時候，你可以大酸「馬的，這些人真沒眼光！」只是我想說，這沒什麼用，你到下一家公司，要讓公司或組織或主管把資源放在你身上，你還是要想辦法獲得注意。

我想説的是，公司有使用說明、你(員工) 也有使用說明。你開始時要先讀公司的使用說明，才能好好上班；如果老闆們發覺你很棒，想讓你有更好的發揮空間，他們就會想辦法去讀「你這個人的使用說明。」
