It is truly glorious to witness this monumental moment for women in America and their global stage for little girls everywhere who have fought so hard to be seen and heard.
This path to possibility has been paved by so much pain and resistance from the unknown, from the injustices of Rosa Parks to the tenacity of Ruby Bridges. Each holding a torch for the other to carry it further. A win for one is a win for all.
We don’t move the needle by staying silent, we continue to push forward and pull up other queens instead of knocking them down. This is a beautiful message that @kamalaharris sends to not only American women, but women everywhere. It’s exciting times to see what kind of ripple effect will have for women in positions of power and the opportunities that lie ahead.
