A dip bar definitely helps with strengthening the arms. Also I occasionally will ask coach for advices to fix my posture for dips. I still have issue with my lower back but I definitely feel changes for my right arm.

Still struggle to jump to handstand. Feels like need to strengthen it coz it still strains when doing back bending exercises. Doing breathing exercises also helps coz I struggle with this also.

The key takeaway is that even though every rep might look the same - they are really not. There is so much that the casual eye doesn’t pick up on, so much that requires thought and feedback by the client / patient / athlete.

Everything is based on the individual client: their movement, tolerances, goals and intentions - no regurgitated one-size-fits-all training protocols. This is just one small perspective into the level of technical analysis, assessment and adjustment that you will start to learn on the Resistance Training Specialist course, and it all starts with the foundational elements explored in RTS Level 1.

今個星期的控球功課是”Cuff”控球訓練。”Cuff”控球和”U” 型控球一樣,是針對球員吸收力量的技術訓練。這項技術對於球員作出counter move或hesitation很有幫助。希望大家可以嘗試介紹給大家的四個動作,慢慢增加控球能力。
Pounding the basketball is one of the most important aspects of teaching good ballhandling, and the cuff is a great way to teach the other end which is absorbing the ball. The cuff looks like a "U"dribble and is for hesitation dribbles as well counter moves. Today we introduce a good progression to mastering the cuff. Hope everyone enjoys it!

The power clean is a very effective movement to develop power. When done right it is a great way to train the extension of your ankles, knees and hips (Triple Extension) However, this movement is often very difficult to get right and therefore injury may occur. Today, we teach an easy progression that can be trained in a shorter period of time than normal. Please remember that as team sport athletes, our goal is to get certain effects out of the movements that we use, olympic lifting is a sport within itself and therefore, we will never be able to perform these lifts as professional lifters do. Get this movement right and watch your speed, quickness and vertical leap get better and better!
