我來台灣之前認為中藥只是一種民俗療法，但是經過幾個月的研究和體驗我發現了中藥確實有神奇的療法！為了幫助各國人多瞭解中藥到底是什麼，我跟兩位中醫師討教：中國醫藥大學附設醫院的顏宏融醫師，以及美國中醫師 Greg，瞭解中藥運作的原理和如何正確使用！When I first came to Taiwan I thought Chinese Medicine was a superstition, but after months of studying it I have found out it really an effective way to help our bodies! In order to better help the world understand more about Chinese Medicine I met with two renowned Chinese Medical practitioners, Dr. Yan and Greg, and discussed what Chinese Medicine is and how to use them correctly.

懷孕=什麼對不能做？

今天分享的照片是大約懷孕5個月拍的
那時候還常常對小孩子講故事
沒辦法 一定要拖入 讓她們覺得好玩
書裡面有人在把人抱起來 我也要跟小朋友示範一嘛 懷孕不懷孕也無所謂
更何況 家裡已經有大寶的話 怎麼辦？
不能抱嗎？ 她這樣好可憐
所以我還是繼續抱 繼續搬東搬西
Voici une photo prise lorsque j'étais enceinte de 5 mois environ.
On dit souvent qu'il ne faut pas porter de choses lourdes.... hum.... mais bon quand on travaille avec des enfants ou qu'on en a un autre à la maison... c'est difficile...

我當然知道有一些人身體很不舒服 那就不要勉強
我是說別人常常管很多 以知道你懷孕 就把你當作很脆弱一樣

然後我想講的是
法國 懷孕的話 有一些東西不能吃不能喝 跟台灣一樣 （雖然好像台灣更多奇奇怪怪的限制... 比如 有人跟我說前期要避開木瓜...）也就這樣而已
En france, quand on est enceinte, il y a des choses à ne pas manger et boire, mais à Taïwan les interdits sont encore plus nombreux... on m'a parlé de la papaye par exemple...bref

台灣還有一大堆係屬 一大堆不該做的事
聽說過一些 比如 不能搬家 用刀子在房間裡 這類的
Il y a encore plein d'autres choses. Comme éviter les ciseaux dans les chambres...

我記得 最有趣的 我們辦喜酒那天
晚上回飯店的時候 我看了FB
發現我老公單獨跟一群朋友拍照
裡面有兩個女生 我完全沒有印象的
我問老公 : 「她們有來嗎？我怎麼好像沒有看到她們？」
老公：「有啊 但因為她們懷孕 不能跟妳交叉眼線」👀
啥米？哈哈
就是好像 懷孕參加喜酒的時候不能跟新娘👰見面 因為她哪天是最大 運氣都是她的 對寶寶不好就是 @@@ 這類
Et pour la petite histoire, je me souviens qu’en rentrant de notre soiree de mariage, en regardant les photos sur Facebook, je suis tombee sur une photo de Gary avec un groupe d’amis sans moi.
je lui ai alors demandé pourquoi deux des filles sur la photo m’avaient semblees etre absente ce soir là alors que visiblement elles étaient là. il ma dit quelles etaient enceinte et ne pouvaient donc pas croiser mon regard....
Apparemment, le jour de son mariage, la mariée reçoit toute la chance et ce ne serait pas bon pour les bébés...

雖然我傻眼 我還是覺得不意外
台灣就是這麼多的迷信！;)
