We love the Kaisen Tomyam Gozen and Spicy Goma Kurobuta Gozen. The former features a tangy and spicy seafood tom yam broth, BBQ eel sushi, and breaded chicken on skewers. It has everything you’ll love. The latter has tender slices of black pork stacked tall and high in a spicy, sesame sauce, and grilled prawns. There is also Yuzu Truffle Beef Gozen and Salted Egg Chicken Roll Gozen.

昨天下午來到了位於 Cupertino 的迴轉壽司 Kura Revolving Sushi Bar
快要五點鐘抵達還要排隊等一個半小時才能入座！
加入等候清單之後就先來到旁邊的 Jin 淨茶喝飲料。

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar 可以直接從迴轉的壽司轉台上拿取
或是也可以用前方的平板點餐
會直接透過輸送帶送到面前。
每盤壽司價錢為 $2.95
一盤大部分都是兩顆壽司
不過有些較高單價的壽司上面只會有一顆
或是雙盤的價格。
吃滿 15 盤之後還可以兌換一顆扭蛋
非常有趣呢！

最近這週正好是 Japan Fair
推出一些特色的日式壽司選擇。

Tsushima Bluefin Tuna
第一盤拿的這個是雙倍價的長崎縣対馬的鮪魚。

Sea Urchin
海膽，這一盤只有一顆。

Seared Beef with Yakiniku Sauce
我個人很喜歡這個牛肉握壽司
肉質相當軟嫩。

Eel
溫熱的鰻魚壽司。

Dashi Olive Sweet Shrimp
好吃的甜蝦。

Seared Scallop Japanese Mayo
美乃滋烤干貝。

Miso Soup
味噌湯。

Tsushima Bluefin Toro
這份同樣來自長崎縣対馬的鮪魚肚更好吃。

Spicy Garlic Popcorn Shrimp Roll
三顆一份的炸蝦壽司。

Umami Oil Seared Beef
相比前一份牛肉握壽司
剛剛那個比較好吃。

Seared Miso Salmon
烤味噌鮭魚握壽司。

Ikura Volcano (1pc)
來自北海道的鮭魚卵
不會太鹹很好吃。

Garlic Ponzu Salmon
最後一份點了橘子醬油的鮭魚。

一共投了十五個盤子就可以獲得一顆扭蛋

Homemade Japanese Omelet with Mentaiko
玉子燒十分出色😍！夾起便已知道煎得十分柔軟，口感嫩滑💛。中間夾有明太子，鹹香中帶點微辣🔥，味道十分討喜！一客有6小卷，水準與日本吃到的無異👍🏻，值得一試！

📍蒲燒鰻魚（$88）
Grilled Sea Eel
鰻魚味道尚算不錯👍🏻，燒汁十分入味🤤，肉質肥美。唯一美中不足之處是鰻魚骨比較硬，有點少刺口。

📍吉列蠔忌廉芝士牛油果卷（$98）
Oyster Cutlet with Cheese & Avocado Roll
原來蠔、芝士🧀和牛油果🥑配合在一起非常好吃，熟成的牛油果帶獨特果香，口感軟腍，配上淡淡的軟芝士，剛好中和吉列蠔的油膩感，味道口感皆不錯，只是蠔肉份量較少。

📍海膽天扶良（$88）
Sea Urchin Tempura
第一次食海膽天婦羅🌊，一客4件，再加上2條香椒，海膽味道鮮味，炸得香脆不油膩，不過份量相當少，🥺價格有點貴！
