找到適合你自己的 WFH 風格
1 接受新型態 This is the new normal.
我剛離開前公司，自由接案時
發現自己工作時間變長，變得比較混
想睡覺，床就在旁邊，立刻就瞇一下
想玩電動，Switch 就在旁邊，來一場大亂鬥
沒辦法，畢竟沒有主管監督、沒有同事壓力
比較容易混，也是很正常的
不過回頭想想
雖然這樣混，會比較晚「下班」
但中間也多了很多休息時間
甚至可以跟家人來聊天
我想說的是
雖然 WFH 跟辦公室不一樣，但它有好有壞
是時候放下執念
辦公室的工作型態並不是滿分
不要硬逼自己複製辦公室的生活到家中
取而代之的是
意識到 This is the new normal.
在家工作就是這樣
即使你只是因為疫情
暫時必須 WFH
還是可以利用這樣的精神
正視居家工作的優缺點，順其自然地生活
2 手機計時不失控
Set a timer to drive your productivity.
上一點我說 This is the new normal.
我確實接受自己的工作與生活界線會比較模糊
或是切換頻率高
但是，我仍然非常尊重我的工作啊
還是想把事情做好
所以，我會在光譜上，找適合的平衡
想玩電動、想睡午覺？
Ok, use a timer.
Timer 是計時器
也就是用計時器控制休息的時間
例如：
我吃完午飯，腦袋通常很昏，無法清醒工作
這時候就會很想玩薩爾達傳說（任天堂遊戲）
恐怖的是，薩爾達傳說隨便一玩
3、4 個小時就過去了
這樣下午就完全沒有工作產出耶，太可怕
這時候，我不會禁止自己玩
我會設定 1 小時的 timer
timer 響之前就好好玩個高興
響了就結束遊戲，開始工作
也就是說，讓自己可以休息玩樂
但是用 timer 控制，適量就好
3 你的休息可以是聽 podcast、運動或做輕鬆家事
You can listen to podcasts and do some exercises or house chores as a way to take a break from work.
在家工作，毅力比較差，會常常想休息
這是環境造成的，很正常
但說不定這個危機，也是轉機
以前坐在辦公室
一不小心就久坐一整天
沒有站起來活動筋骨
對身心都不太好吧？
現在 WFH
可以善用這些打混的欲望
照顧一下自己的健康
覺得想休息
可以閉眼睛聽《聽新聞學英文》podcast（自肥時間）
或是做輕鬆簡單的家事（家裡還能變整齊 #怦然心動）
所以，挑健康的活動來休息吧
說不定整體身心狀態變好
工作效率更高！
4 體諒同住者，好好溝通
Don’t forget that this is a living space for your family or roommates.
WFH 很煩的一點是
家人、小孩、室友會發出各種噪音
我在家工作三年了，我真的懂
所以要跟家人約法三章
讓他們瞭解，有人在忙，請尊重
但也不要忘記，這個家，原本就是個生活空間
你的家人跟室友，也都有自由生活的權利
我們在工作，是值得被尊重，但生活空間，也應該有適當的自由
理解這點之後，再去跟家人溝通，氣氛會比較和諧
例如我會在錄音前，請求家人稍微安靜
錄音完的時候主動告知，並且好好說一聲「謝謝」
就是盡量練習、彼此尊重
用語言溝通，不要用情緒溝通
5 工作被打擾，保持冷靜再溝通
Stay calm when you’re disturbed.
最後，除了噪音，還會有家人直接找你講話
你最愛的家人，就是喜歡你啊，所以找你講話
但你在需要專心工作時，被打擾會一陣火大
像是我跟 Leo，喜歡彼此的陪伴嘛
所以也是會彼此打擾 XD
剛開始在家工作的時候，我們也是會鬧脾氣
後來才慢慢練習
如果被打擾時，工作正起勁，或是十萬火急
就冷靜告訴對方：「我正在專心，工作告一段落再聊好嗎？」
總之真的要避免發火
不然破壞關係、心理壓力又大
而且發火後會懊悔，覺得自己人很差
懊悔情緒一來，你又無法專心工作
下次被打擾，你更容易發飆
親子關係搞得更差，完全是惡性循環

I finally decided to edit and upload my Twitch stream VODs. Thanks to the pandemic I have lot more time and lot less income.🥲 I can't really upgrade my PC nor PS4 so the video quality might not be very good. I hope you don't mind!
With that being said, I really enjoy playing this game and it has a strong RE4 vibe which is my favorite of the whole series. I'll upload the full gameplay and hopefully more to come. Thanks for watching and have a great day! 🙏🏻
