โดยสั่งการให้นายวิษณุ เครืองาม รองนายกรัฐมนตรีไปศึกษาข้อกฏหมาย เตรียมออกมาตรการควบคุมและกักตัวคนกลับจากต่างประเทศ เพื่อควบคุมเชื้อนำเข้า รวมถึงคุ้มครองในกรณีอาจจะถูกสายการบินฟ้องร้องจากการปิดน่านฟ้าและสนามบิน หากมีการยกเลิกพ.ร.ก.ฉุกเฉิน
ล่าสุดวันนี้ (12 มิ.ย.) ที่ประชุม ศบค.ชุดใหญ่ ก็ได้มีมติเห็นชอบให้มีการ ยกเลิกเคอร์ฟิว โดยจะเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 มิ.ย.เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ให้มีการเฝ้าระวัง หากมีการระบาดอีกครั้ง ก็สามารถนำกลับมาประกาศใช้ได้อีก ส่วน พ.ร.ก.ฉุกเฉิน ยังคงประกาศใช้อยู่เช่นเดิม
และในส่วนของวันหยุดสงกรานต์นั้น ในที่ประชุม ศบค.ชุดใหญ่ ยังไม่มีการพูดถึงแต่อย่างใด แต่ให้เป็นพิจารณาและตัดสินใจ โดย คณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) เอง และในเย็นนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรี งดการแถลงออกโทรทัศน์รวมการเฉพาะกิจแห่งประเทศไทย โดยมอบหมายให้ โฆษก ศบค. และคณะเป็นคนชี้แจงรายละเอียดทั้งหมดแทน
