Even if you're trying to GAIN weight, the weight you gain from alcohol really isn't ideal.

In fact, binge drinking has been shown to inhibit muscle protein synthesis to an extent, making it even harder to put on muscle 😣

That being said, you can still drink and make progress. It's simply a matter of moderation and balance.

Personally, I'm a huge fan of quality beer, so if I'm going for taste (regardless of calories), a Corona Premier is probably not gonna be my first pick 😬🍺

But if I know I'll be having a few, and I don't feel the need to be picky, it's only logical that I'd go for lower calorie options—and I'd highly recommend them to any of you in a similar situation.

Calories add up quicker than you'd think, but when you incorporate tricks like these, living a balanced lifestyle becomes much easier 👌🏼
