For some unknown reason, everywhere online says #天津 Tianjin doesn't have this dish so it must be a Japanese #中華料理 , but to me if it's called that then there must be a reason, even if the recipes might have shifted slightly after transition... I actually posted this before, in Tianjin it's called #锅塌里脊 , that's all 🤦🏻♂️ So much falsified information online sometimes its not remotely funny, where do people come up with all those weird theories or fabricated conspiracy stories, even after doing research sometimes.. And millions of people believe them like gospel afterwards. Can someone please rewrite the section about Vietnam's Pho 粿 origins on Wiki too please.. It's just a East Coast Cantonese migrated noodles dish but done even better after reaching Northern Vietnam, and someone speculates it originated from French Pot au Feu during Indochine period, what? .. 😂😂🤔
