This International Women’s Day, @TheMindfulCompany is celebrating women with their birth flower. This HOPE necklace features the Snowdrop flower which is known to symbolise hope, blooming when winter passes, marking the first sign of spring.
To me, hope is one thing that keeps us going, especially when times are tough. Hope that tomorrow would be better, that the future will burn even brighter for our little ones.
Hope is also why I believe that while @InMyShoesSG is small, we are such a powerful movement- we are not just giving shoes; we are providing inspiration, access, and opportunity. We are building a community connected through our love for sport and the values of sport. And perhaps most importantly, we are telling our #solemates (our nickname for our supporters who gift shoes and beneficiaries who receive shoes) to dare to dream. That hope is not a scary thing- but a key driver, and that it is our hopes that shape our future. ✨
