沒想到我們 @surfaceapparel 年初新出的運動系列的箴言「我可以 妳也行」從原本想鼓勵別人，最近反而變了我很常得告訴自己的話： 「以前的妳可以，現在的妳也行」⋯「曾經摔倒幾次而且超慘的，但我還不是就這樣復活了，未來再怎麼摔倒，我一樣也會活著」🙌🏽

我想有不少人認為，因為我在環境優良有錢的瑞士長大，生活應該會變得很完美，事業就會成功。可是我想，很多事情並不是看一個人的外表或出生地就可以判斷他的人生能多麼順利⋯

該看的反而是一個人這輩子選擇追求什麼？他在這個生命中敢為理想付出什麼？
萬事外表看起來簡單，但其實我們都知道，對所有認真活的，認真愛的，認真想負責任的人⋯ 什麼事情永遠都不會簡單。

說出這些並不是要可憐自己的，是相反的~是為了告訴跟我一樣常遇到壓力但不說出口的人：「不要放棄。最難的事情，只要過了，會是你最大的收穫。」

有時候我想跟關心我的朋友們說，不要再擔心我給我自己壓力太大，我很清楚我可以不要想、不要管那麼多，會比較輕鬆，可是我就是願意承受我給自己的壓力～ 雖然當下我是笑不出來的，但是我還是有信心。因為我現在所擁有的成果 其中很多都是我壓力之下逼出來的🌪🔥

I never thought that the slogan of the @surfaceapparel sport collection “If I can, you can too” would actually turn into a sentence that I have to tell myself. We chose that slogan to motivate other women to exercise & challenge themselves, but recently I hear this sentence repeating in my head. And now it sounds more like “If I have endured it before, I can endure it again.”🙌🏽

I grew up in Switzerland, the country of banks, watches and chocolate. Here in Taiwan many people think that because of that, my life was probably going to be perfect and shiny anyway. Sometimes I’d like to say: You can’t judge a person by his/her looks or place of birth. 🌍
I personally think you’ll understand better if you know what that person chooses to pursue in life? What does he/she dare to endure for his/her ideals? 🤔

Things may appear beautiful and easy from the outside, but we all know that for anyone who constantly strives to improve and take responsibility, nothing is EVER going to be easy. I mention this today not to feel pity, but to remind you if you are going through pressure and fear…: Don’t ever give up. The HARDEST thing is going to be the GREATEST joy when you surpassed it. 🌸

I am grateful for fam and friends who worry about me, but they know: I choose to bear pressure, even if it’s pressure given by myself. I might stop smiling and shining in order to work through it, but I am sure I’ll come out of it ALIVE - and hopefully with even more confidence than before. 🤟🏽
