There is a fixed-point electric scooter rental service here with a pay-as-you-go system (Tier & Vois is the most common). You just have to download an app and sign in your account with your credit card information, and then use the GPS function to locate the nearest scooter. It is easy to ride in the street, especially in this bike-friendly city; a perfect way to go around when the weather is good.
