Dealing with jet-lag probably the hardest this time however I simply use the day and night approach like when she is a newborn to help her. Day time is play time ( but having the awareness at the back of my head that she might be clingy and throw tantrums due to tiredness ) night time is sleep time ( no fun even she is awake and general soft voice to reply her ) . It is exactly the same approach I taught her when she comes home from hospital as a newborn

幾次到香港要難一些
這次用了日與夜的道理幫助她
日間 = 玩樂
（但是自己會留意她的情緒）
晚間 = 睡覺
（不管怎樣都不玩和用細聲回答）
完全是像她剛出生由醫院回家一樣
